Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JULY 18, 2006

"G.R. No. 171821 (Danilo "Dan" Fernandez vs. Commission on Elections, et al.)

The Court Resolved to

(a) NOTE the Entry of Appearance dated June 16, 2006 filed by Atty. Sixto S. Brillantes, Jr. of Brillantes Navarro Jumamil Arcilla Escolin Martinez and Vivero Law Offices, entering his appearance as collaborating counsel for private respondent Teresita Lazaro;

(b) DENY the prayer of Atty. Brillantes that he be furnished with all copies and notices of all pleadings, orders or decisions in this case, as only the lead counsel is entitled thereto;

(c) NOTE the Comment on the petition dated June 21, 2006 filed by counsel for private respondent in compliance with the resolution of April 18, 2006; and

(d) REQUIRE the petitioner to file a REPLY to the above Comment within ten (10) days from notice hereof." Azcuna, J., on sick leave.
