G.R. No. 159007 (Estrellita C. Amponin, et al. vs. Commission on Audit);

G.R. No. 159029 (Augusto R. Nieves, et al. vs. Department of Budget and Management, et al.); and

G.R. No. 170084 (Kapisanan ng mga Manggagawa sa Bureau of Agricultural Statistics [KMB], Evelyn C. Tidon, et al. vs. Department of Budget and Management and Hon. Secretary Romulo Neri)

Pending the filing of a reply by the other petitioners, the Court Resolved to

(a) GRANT the Motion for Leave to Admit Reply [to Respondents' Consolidated Comment on the Petitions of Victoria C. Gutierrez, et al.; Augusto R. Nieves, et al.; Estrellita C. Amponin, et al.; and Kapisanan ng mga Manggagawa sa Bureau of Agricultural Statistics, et al., and on the Petitions-in-Intervention of Intervenors University of the Philippines and the Confederation of Independent Unions in the Public Sector], dated June 15, 2006 filed by counsel for petitioners Kapisanan ng mga Manggagawa sa Bureau of Agricultural Statistics, et al.; and

(b) NOTE the aforesaid Reply dated June 15, 2006." Azcuna, J., on sick leave.
