Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG. 15, 2006

"A.M. No. P-02-1581 (Maria M.C. Andal vs. Nicolas A. Tonga)

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) NOTE the Letter dated April 28, 2006 of Mrs. Carmen M. Tonga, widow of Nicolas A. Tonga, former Deputy Sheriff III, MTCC, Legazpi City, requesting for a reconsideration of the decision of October 28, 2003;

(b) DIRECT the Leave Division of the Office of the Court Administrator to compute the leave credits, if any, of respondent Nicolas A. Tonga; and

(c) DIRECT the Financial Management Office, OCA, to release the monetary value of respondent's accrued leave credits." Corona, J., on leave. Azcuna, J., abroad on official business.
