Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG. 1, 2006

"G.R. No. 172141 (Engr. Ranulfo C. Feliciano vs. Civil Service Commission, et al.)

The Court Resolved to NOTE the

(a) 1^st Indorsement dated July 10, 2006 of Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban, referring the letter dated July 7, 2006 of Ranulfo C. Feliciano; and

(b) Aforesaid Letter of Ranulfo C. Feliciano, submitting additional documents relative to the alleged premature disclosure of the Court's decision in the above-stated case.

The Court further Resolved to REFER the subject letter of Engr. Feliciano, as well as his letter dated July 3, 2006, to Clerk of Court MA. LUISA D. VILLARAMA for comment thereon within five (5) days from notice hereof."
