2006 Judicial Excellence Awards Winners Honored

     The Supreme Court honored in formal ceremonies at the New Session Hall last September 19 the winners of the 2006 Judicial Excellence Awards, the Court’s annual search for utstanding judges and clerks of court. The winners received cash prizes as well as either a trophy or a medal.
     
     The awardees in the Second Level Court Judges Category are Judge Teodoro A. Bay, Regional Trial Court (RTC), Quezon City, Br. 86 (Chief Justice Cayetano Arellano Award); Judge Nimfa C. Vilches, RTC, Manila, Br. 48 (Chief Justice Jose Abad Santos Award); and Judge Fortunato M. De Gracia, RTC, Cebu City, Br. 15 (Chief Justice Ramon Avanceña Award).
