To mark the midpoint of
his chief justiceship,
Chief Justice Artemio V. Panganiban gave an address highlighting the benefits he authorized released to Judiciary employees at a thanksgiving luncheon last June 21 at the Training Room of the Centennial Building. Along with several Justices and officials of the Court, also present were officers of the major employee organizations from the lower courts and the SC.
