Headed by Ms. Evelyn Toledo Dumdum, the PMO was created by the Supreme Court to coordinate and manage the technical and administrative aspects of the judicial reform program implementation, particularly the implementation of the Action Program for Judicial Reform (APJR). The APJR contains a wide-ranging yet comprehensive set of reform projects and activities aimed at enhancing judicial conditions and performance for the improved delivery of judicial services.
