The FMD is mandated by the OCA with the power, authority and duty to examine, audit and reconcile all funds collected by the Clerks of Court (Accountable Officers / Officers-in-Charge) of the RTC, MeTC, MTC, MCTC, MTCC, SDC and SCC.
