ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 45-2005

In the interest of a more efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the Hon. ABSALON U. FULACHE, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 14, Baybay, Leyte, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 17, Palompon, Leyte, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of a regular judge thereat, or until further orders by this Court.

Judge Fulache shall be entitled to the reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution dated February 2, 1999 of the Court En Banc in A.M. No. 99-1-04-SC as amended by the Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in A.M. No. 03-4-235-RTC.

This order revokes the designation of Judge Apolinario M. Buaya pursuant to Administrative Order No. 185-2004 dated 24 November 2004.
