ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 44-2005
In the interest of an efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Section 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges are hereby DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judges, in addition to their regular duties in their own courts and other assignments, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judges in the courts concerned, or until further orders from this Court, to wit:
1. HON. FRANCISCO H. LOPEZ, JR., Presiding Judge, 3rd Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Lupon-Banaybanay, Davao Oriental, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Baganga, Davao Oriental and the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Cateel-Boston, Davao Oriental; and
2. HON. RODOLFO A. CASTRO, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Caraga-Manay-Tarragona, Davao Oriental.
They shall be entitled to reimbursement of transportation expenses with per diems, and an additional expense allowance and judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the SC En Banc Resolution dated 2 February 1999 in A.M. No. 99-1-04-SC as amended by the Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in A.M. No. 03-4-235-RTC.
This order revokes the designation of Judge Isabelo R. Rabe, Presiding Judge of the MTC, Mati, Davao Oriental as Acting Presiding Judge of the MTC, Baganga and the MCTC's of Manay and Cateel, Davao Oriental.
