ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 43-2005

The DETAIL of Mr. JONATHAN S. SOMOGUE, Interpreter II, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, Zamboanga City at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Pasig City is hereby EXTENDED for a period of one (1) year until 24 March 2006, in the interest of speedy trial of the Abbu Sayyaf (ASG) related cases.

Mr. Somogue shall not be entitlled to additional compensation except the payment of Six Thousand Pesos (P6,000.00) monthly expense allowance and his transportation expenses when he goes back to Zamboanga City.
