ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 42-2005

In the interest of the service, JUDGE SILVERIO M. MANDALUPE of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, Davao City is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Carmen-Sto. Tomas-Braulio E. Dujali, Davao del Norte, in addition to his regular duties, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of a regular Judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Judge Mandalupe shall be entitled to reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and hardship allowance as provided for in the En Banc Resolution No. 99-1-04-SC dated 04 February 1999.
