ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 40-2005

CREATING AN AD HOC WORKING COMMITTEE

TO PLAN AND OVERSEE PREPARATIONS FOR

THE OPEN HOUSE OF HALLS OF JUSTICE

AND COURTS NATIONWIDE

WHEREAS, the line-up of activities to commemorate the final year of Chief Justice Hilario G. Davide, Jr., before his mandatory retirement on 20 December 2005 has been approved;

WHEREAS, one of the projects or activities assigned to the Office of the Court Administrator (OCA) is the Open House of Halls of Justice and Courts Nationwide, a one-day activity to coincide with the National Law Day on 19 September 2005 where the multiple-sala courts will be opened for visitation to any interested person or group, particularly elementary and high school students;

WHEREAS, in this connection, a program of activities will be conducted in the different courts in the country;

WHEREAS, there is a need to create an Ad Hoc Working Committee to plan and oversee these activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, an Ad Hoc Working Committee for the Open House of Halls of Justice and Courts is hereby created which shall be composed of the following:
