ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 37-2005

In the interest of an effective administration of justice and pursuant to Section 5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the HON. EDWIN S. MICIANO, Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Boac, Marinduque is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court, Mogpog and Municipal Trial Court, Buenavista, both in Marinduque, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat, or until further orders from this Court.

Judge Miciano shall be entitled to reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and a judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 2 February 1999 in A.M. No. 99-1-04-SC as amended in the Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in A.M. No. 03-4-235-RTC.
