ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 36-2005

In the interest of an effective administration of justice, the HON. CANDELARIO V. GONZALES, Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 44, Dumaguete City is hereby DIRECTED to take cognizance of the cases at the Regional Trial Court, Branch 45, Bais City in addition to his regular duties in Branch 44, effective immediately and to continue until the return of Judge Ismael O. Baldado.

Judge Gonzales shall be entitled to reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and a judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated February 2,1999 in A.M. No. 99-1-04-SC as amended in the Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in A.M. No. 03-4-235-RTC.
