ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 33-2005

Pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the HON. LORETO C. QUINTO, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 30, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Judge Quinto shall be entitled to reimbursement of traveling expenses and per diems and an additional expense allowance and judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated February 02, 1999 in A.M. 99-1-04-SC as amended by Resolution dated June 17, 2003 in A.M. 03-4-235-RTC.
