ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 31-2003
For a more efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5(3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the following judges in the province of Nueva Ecija, in addition to their regular duties in their own court, and other additional assignments, are hereby designated as follows:
1. Presiding Judge EFREN B. MALLARE, Municipal Trial Court, Sto. Domingo, is hereby RELIEVED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts of Jaen and Peņaranda and the Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Natividad-Llanera and hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts of Lupao and Carranglan;
2. Presiding Judge JOSELITO M. DELA CRUZ, Municipal Trial Court, Rizal, is hereby RELIEVED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts of Lupao and Carranglan and hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Natividad-Llanera;
3. Presiding Judge TEODORA M. VIZCARRA, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Science City of Muņoz, is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2, San Jose City; and
4. Presiding Judge NELSON A. TRIBIANA, Municipal Trial Court of Guimba, is hereby RELIEVED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 2, San Jose City and hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Trial Courts of Peņaranda and Jaen, all in the province of Nueva Ecija.
The aforesaid designations shall be effective immediately and shall continue until the appointments and assumption to duty of the regular judges thereat or until further orders from this Court.
Further, the said judges shall be entitled to reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 2 February 1999 in Administrative Matter No. 99-1-04-SC as amended in the Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in Administrative Matter No. 03-4-235-RTC.
All administrative orders and other issuances inconsistent with this order are hereby REVOKED.
