ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 30-2005

In the interest of an efficient administration of justice, MS. LINDA G. LISTA, Court Interpreter III, Regional Trial Court, Branch 15, Alfonso Lista, Ifugao, is hereby DESIGNATED as Official Itualy Interpreter in Criminal Case No. 3812-FC entitled "People of the Philippines vs. Emilio Pahigon alias Erning.", pending before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 21, Santiago City, in addition to her regular duties in her own court, effective immediately and to continue until the termination of the case or until further orders from this Court.

Ms. Linda G. Lista shall be entitled to travel expense allowance whenever she attends the hearings in the subject case at RTC, Branch 21, Santiago City.
