ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 29-2005

In the interest of an efficient administration of justice, MR. JONATHAN SUMOGUE, Court Interpreter II, Municipal Trial Court in Cities, Branch 3, Zamboanga City (detailed at the Office of the Clerk of Court, Regional Trial Court, Pasig City, pursuant to Administrative Order No. 38-2003) is hereby DESIGNATED as Official Tausug Interpreter in Criminal Case No. 3933-SPL (formerly Criminal Case Nos. 9437-2002 and 777-3) entitled "People of the Philippines vs. Nur Misuari, et al., pending before the Regional Trial Court, Branch 31, San Pedro, Laguna, in addition to his regular duties in his assigned court, effective immediately and to continue until the termination of the case or until further orders from this Court.

Mr. Jonathan Sumogue shall be entitled to reimbursement of transportation expenses whenever he attends the hearings in the subject case at RTC, Branch 31, San Pedro, Laguna
