ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 27-2005

For a more efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5(3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the HON. ALIPIO C. YUMUL, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 66, Capas, Tarlac, is hereby DESIGNATED Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 68, Camiling, same province, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of a regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Judge Yumul shall be entitled to reimbursement of transportation expenses with per diems and an additional expense allowance and judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 2 February 1999 in Administrative Matter No. 99-1-04-SC, as amended, in the Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in Administrative Matter No. 03-4-235-RTC.
