ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 26-2005

In the interest of an effective administration of justice and pursuant to the Resolution dated 27 January 2004 in A.M. No. 03-8-02-SC, HON. BERNELITO R. FERNANDEZ, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 97, Quezon City, and Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 68, Binangonan, Rizal, and HON. MARIVIC B. UMALI, Presiding Judge, Regional Trial Court, Branch 20, Manila and Acting Presiding Judge, RTC, Branch 69, Binangonan, Rizal, are hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Executive Judge and Acting Vice Executive Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Binangonan, Rizal, effective immediately and to continue until 31 December 2006, unless their designations are sooner revoked or otherwise extended by this Court.
