AND EMPLOYEES OF THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES,

OFFICE OF THE COURT ADMINISTRATOR (OAS, OCA),

IN A TEAM-BUILDING SEMINAR-WORKSHOP

As part of its training program for 2005, the Employee Training and Development Division, Office of Administrative Services, Supreme Court has, scheduled a Team-Building Seminar-Workshop for the OAS, OCA (Administrative Support Staff, Personnel and Leave Divisions), on 18-20 March 2005 at Island Cove Resort and Leisure Park, Binakayan, Kawit, Cavite.

This activity aims to enable the participants to appreciate team dynamics and to familiarize them with team goals, team values, and team conflict resolution. It is geared towards the attainment of a more effective relationship in the realization of organizational goals.
