ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 21-2005

Pursuant to Sec.5 (3), Art. VIII of the Constitution, the HON. ANASTACIO D. ANGHAD, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 36, Santiago City is hereby DESIGNATED as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 25, Tabuk, Kalinga, in addition to his regular duties in his own court, effective immediately and to continue until the appointment and assumption to duty of the regular judge thereat or until further orders from this Court.

Judge Anghad is hereby authorized to report to the Regional Trial Court, Branch 25, Tabuk, Kalinga as Acting Presiding Judge thereat twice a month.

He shall be entitled to an additional expense allowance and a judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 02 February 1999 in A.M. No. 99-1-04-SC as amended by Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in A.M. No. 03-4-235-RTC.

Administrative Order No. 126-2004 designating Judge Elmo M. Alameda as Acting Presiding Judge of Branch 25, Tabuk, Kalinga is hereby REVOKED.
