ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 18-2005

For a more efficient administration of justice and pursuant to Sec. 5 (3), Article VIII of the Constitution, the following judges in the Regional Trial Court, Zamboanga City, in addition to their regular duties in their own court, and other additional assignments, are hereby designated as follows:

1. Presiding Judge ABDULMAID K. MUIN is hereby RELIEVED as Acting Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, Zamboanga City and is hereby DESIGNATED as Assisting Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, Zamboanga City;

2. Presiding Judge ALLEN K. ABUBAKAR, Regional Trial Court, Branch 3, Jolo, Sulu is hereby RELIEVED as Assisting Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 13, Zamboanga City;

3. Presiding Judge JESUS C. CARBON, JR. is hereby RELIEVED as Acting Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, Branch 15, Zamboanga City and is hereby DESIGNATED as Assisting Judge of RTC, Branch 15, Zamboanga City.

The aforesaid designations shall continue until further orders from this Court.

Further, the said judges shall be entitled to reimbursement of traveling expenses with per diems as the case may be, and an additional expense allowance and judicial incentive allowance as provided for in the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 02 February 1999 in Administrative Matter No. 99-1-04-SC as amended in the Resolution dated 17 June 2003 in Administrative Matter No. 03-4-235-RTC.
