ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 17-2005

The designation of the HON. JOSE G. DY as Acting Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 41, Daet, Camarines Norte pursuant to Administrative Order No. 25-2000 dated February 17, 2000 is hereby REVOKED. He is hereby directed to return to the Regional Trial Court, Branch 7, Legazpi City, his original station and perform his duties thereat.

This Order takes effect immediately.
