ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 28-2005
AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF JUDGES, CLERKS OF COURT,
BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT, AND COURT PERSONNEL-MEDIATORS
OF FIRST AND SECOND LEVEL TRIAL COURTS IN THE
PRE-SETTLEMENT PERIOD FORUM
The Philippine Judicial Academy (PHILJA), in coordination with the National Judicial Institute of Canada (NJI), will conduct a one-day Pre-Settlement Period Forum for all Judges, Clerks of Court, Branch Clerks of Court, Court Personnel-Mediators of Bacolod City, including the adjacent areas of Silay, Talisay, Bago, and La Carlota to be held on May 16, 2005 at the L'Fisher Hotel, Lacson Avenue, Bacolod City.
