CIRCULAR NO. 47 - 2000

TO	:	ALL PROCESS SERVERS OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS, SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS
SUBJECT	:	SUPREME COURT - MOTORCYCLE ACQUISITION PROGRAM (SC-MAP)

Pursuant to the Resolution of the Court En Banc dated 19 October 1999 in A.M. No. 99-8-12-SC, an interest free motorcycle loan will be made available to qualified Court Process Servers on a repayment scheme of thirty-six (36) equal monthly installments.

Court Process Servers desiring to avail of the Program are requested to submit their application (specifying the brand and model of motorcycle applied for) together with the required supporting documents to the Office of the Court Administrator.

Attached are copies of SC-MAP Application and Price List.
